Course Details
Location:

Entry via gate just before Bottle Lake Forest Park Headquarters. Follow signs from Burwood Road. Park in the grass paddock.
Lap:
-
Every athlete completes the same approximately 5.2km lap
Course:
-
Starting on Landfill Avenue the course goes anticlockwise over the middle hill near the beach, before returning down Landfill Avenue.

The lap starts with 1.75km of sealed road, then has 1.5km of unsealed road and walking track including one steep uphill climb of approximately 400m, a flat section over the top and a gentle to moderate downhill. It finishes with 1.75km of sealed road

Runners must be on the left side of the road all the way until channeled onto the right to exchange baton or finish.

Finishing runners will cross the finish line and then hand their baton to their outgoing runner.
Other:

Team tents should be erected on the right-hand side of the road towards the beach from the start/finish line so teams can support their competing runner.

U/16B, U/16G, U/16 Combined (at least 2 females) – Athletes must be 13 years or older on the 31st of December 2025
- All team members first to talk to James before purchasing a ticket.
Medals

First, second and third in each grade will get medals. Any team, whether a Registered or a Community team can win the grade medals.
