Port Hills Athletic proudly host the iconic Crater Rim Ultra runs. This event is a feature event on the Christchurch and New Zealand running calendars and cater for all ages and abilities. In more recent times, the Crater Rim Ultra has been granted the New Zealand Trail Running Championships status by Athletics New Zealand.
